A name or location entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider that operates that feature. The provider processes the query and supplies its result. We do not retain or record those search terms on our systems.

When you email us, the message is kept as needed to prepare a response. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.

Visitor information is not assembled into a consumer report or a third-party criminal record. This website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Independent companies operate the search boxes. Information submitted through a tool is governed by that company's privacy policy, retention rules, and sharing practices rather than this policy. We do not direct those practices. Review the applicable provider policy before sending a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to a sheriff's page, court portal, Missouri agency, legal resource, or outside search service. Once a visitor follows such a link, the destination's privacy terms control. Read those terms before providing personal information.
Advertising providers may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and select targeted ads. We do not operate that cross-site tracking.
